V1.11.2 release

We are pleased to announce the release of version 1.11.2 of the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS)!

The main additions of this minor patch release is an enhancement for the study DatasetType, clarification of GIFTI extensions used in practice, and the addition of the chatbot widget to the BIDS specification site.
